The industrial vision system, used in this application, allows to read the diameter of a hole following a particular machining. The camera is installed on a slide handled by an electric motor: after the machinings, the piece is brought by the slide in control position where the worked diameter will be measured.
The vision system, based on the threshold provided by the process, is able to establish if the piece is good or scrap.
