The machine has been invented and realized for the assembly of two typologies of pistons and it is composed by two adjacent and indipendent stations.
The manual station, on the left, is composed by a zone/area of pre-assembly of the piston and by some emplacements dedicated to the receiving of the assembly material.
The automatic station, on the right of the bench, is composed by 4 emplacements where the piston assembly and the unloading of the final products take place. Furthermore, in the automatic station there is a Cognex vision system composed by a checker and a sensor view.
